Thanks, but I only do 2-3 frames
I use iaza.com which is really helpful! You don't have to save as.gif, it automatically does it for you, w/out screwing up the quality of the image.
You can also use it to make things transparent (including already made animations, you just have to upload them!)

That's the way I do things, no fancy/expensive photoshop used
