Dragonite mothers are so maternal, that once their egg is laid, they will focus everything onto the baby to ensure its survival. Through physical touch, she cares for the egg, and keeps it heated. Through a mental bond with their unborn, she can share stories, life lessons, and morals to the infant even before it takes its first breath. Though this has it's advantages, if an unaware Dragonite is caught during this"trance", the baby inside has a low survival rate, as it must stay at a certain temperature to grow.

Whew, Hope I did okay at the shadowing and such >.< such a pain... and I know I did not add the lines on its belly, but really... what is a dragon doing with plates only on its belly??? Leave comments!!!!! I <3 Comments!!!
