Oh my! I feel shame for him. All that bullying needs to come to an end. It's never ever okay to bully anyone. Calling people names ruins their self-esteem and it encourages them to make destructive choices on themselves and impact their lives. Not only is it mean call people a failure or any other insults, nothing could be more insulting to call people poor or label their careers as dead-end and other insulting names. Insulting people is NEVER helpful at all, it's extremely destructive and doesn't help those people move forward with their lives.
