Full view recommendedYup. Didn't exactly submit it the same day I put up the tutorial, but atleast it's submitted, so there...
Inspired by the final scene in Sonic Adventure 2, y'know, where Sonic and Shadow had their little "battle in speed"...
and I had a discussiong once, that prehaps many of the Sonic-cast were inspired by the Darkwing-cast, considering there's some similiarity between chars like Shadow and Negaduck...
^^ This was just meant to be another lame sketch, but since the outcome supriced me, it became more serious project.

Ha! As soon as I saw it I knew it was based off of that scene in SA2! XD Er, anyway, very cool looking, and I can definitely see a simalarity between Shadow and Negaduck.

The perspective on this is brilliant! And how do you make those hats look so easy? I also love Negs expression with the whole gritted teeth thing.
(The nitpicky side of my brain wanted to ask whether you had blue-green in your pencil box, though.)

Yeah, I *did* have thoughts about Darkwing = Sonic and Negaduck = Shadow...
According to the creator of DW, Tad Stones, there was gonna be a story about the Posiverse (as opposed to the Negaverse, where's Negsie's from), so d'ya think that Silver could = Posiduck?

You know what? Firstly, I'd like to thank you for putting some GOOD Darkwing Duck fanart out there. The types of things I tend to be a fan of, you simply can't find any decent fanart for it. DD seriously falls into that catagory. Secondly, very cool idea you used here!
My thoughts on the color thing is that "bad guy" or "villian" or even "negative" will make someone thing of the colors of red, black, and yellow more often than any other color, because we as a society of people are conditioned to think of black as dark and foreboding, yellow as a cautionary color, and red as a warning color.

...there've been actually, quite a few explanations for Negaducks clothe-colors, someone even called it a reference to nazies, but I pretty much believe his outfit is yellow 'cos in the color-circle, it's the opposite of purple. And red & black is simply a good combo, so there!

Well, I'm saying it'd be weird that Eggman Nega is the REAL Eggman, and they have a DS game called Blaze Rush instead, where Blaze leaves her world and becomes trapped in an alternate universe... yeah.
