Description
After many concept ideas for an Assassin's Creed apprentice Assassin costume for Comic-Con, this is the final design I came up with a couple weeks ago. I've been working on making it since, and I'm so excited ;v; SO EXCITED.Here's how it turned out: silverskittle.deviantart.com/a…

Sooooooo I know it says commissions are closed but can you give me tips/fabrics that you used to make the costume? It is absolutely amazing and I'd like to make one myself.

Thank you 8) It's cool that you want to make one like it, but I'd rather you not copy mine exactly, since I took a lot of creative liberties with my design and spent tons of time and effort to figure out how to do it all myself Take some creative liberties of your own and have fun with it! As for tips, for the white and red fabrics I used cotton and doubled it, the black is satin ribbon, and the red sash/red inside of the cape are satin too I think. I don't remember my measurements anymore because I made this a couple years ago, but here's the loose pattern I made for it: i762.photobucket.com/albums/xx… Between the pattern and the costume design sheet here, that's all I used to start on it. Hope that helps! Good luck on yours. Let me know how it turns out

Okay, I actually made some modifications myself so it's not the exact same thing xD though I must ask how did you make the cape work? And what did you use for the belts, shirt and pants. Just normal black pants or did you make everything else? Sorry for being so nosy, it's just so good that I want to know everything so I dont' screw mine up >.<

Haha okay, cool. No problem 8) The shirt and pants were just plain black ones that I bought, and for the belts I was looking for particular styles and found them either online or in random stores. Same with the boots, was going for a certain look and spent forever browsing online to find what I wanted, haha. I made the leather pouches myself, and for the cape I stitched one of the top corners to a loop of leather that goes around the belt that's on my shoulder. Partway across the top of the cape I stitched another loop of leather for sturdiness and so that the cape would drape over my shoulder easier, since it's attached from two points and not just one. I didn't have a sewing machine strong enough to get through the leather belt though, so to keep the loops of leather and cape in the right place on the belt, I just used black electrical tape on the underside of the belt to hold the loops in place. Here's a photo where you can see how the cape is attached best: farm9.staticflickr.com/8023/76… Are you making your outfit for a certain Con?

Thank you so much that really helps ^.^ and yeah, I'm hoping I can make it before Tora-con and or AnimeNEXT. I know for sure I'd wear it to Otakon. I have a bunch of other AC costumes but I really wanted to do a custom one I really liked the cape you added and might add it in. I want to keep more to the Apprentice look but also have that Ezio flare. I'm thinking of using a bit more gray and hopefully some embroidery. I know cotton would be best but I sort of like the sheen of the silvery stuff. I just have no idea what to use. For my Ezio costume it was mostly cotton, it's okay, but I really want to get that shinyness you see in the game.

Glad I could help 8) Awesome! Yeah, I had embroidery and leather bracers in my original plan but didn't get them done in time for Comic-con, so ended up never doing them. I added the cape for that same reason, wanted a hint of Ezio's flare in there. And yeah, I had some trouble deciding on fabric as well, because I wanted something that looked a bit more worn, but when I went to Jo-Ann's to get my fabric, cotton ended up being the best thing they had because it's light-weight and easy to work with, and it breathes well and isn't stiff, so movement isn't hindered by it. You may find something that works better for you, but it worked really well for me. Send me some pictures when you finish with it, I'd love to see Good luck!

In my course)
if you do not mind, nemogli would you do it on a transparent background, in a more compact version, and draw other costumes Assassins?

No, sorry, I'm not going to do any more. This is my original Assassin costume design. I drew it out in this format for myself so that I could make my own costume based off of it for Comic-con 2012.
