Personality; Peyton is a very gentle, flamboyant man in his youthful age. Being the Underground's youngest recruit, it was quite a conflict; Underground is known for terrible deeds and yet Pey is gentle. Now, you may be thinking he's working as a solider or some sort, no. He is a secretary for Underground; collecting data on their recruits and recording each missions. It fit him quite well as he prefers to be alone with his thoughts, relax as he writes, and loud noises put him on edge. It made him a trustworthy man. Although; he does quite regret being in Underground as it automatically makes him a criminal out in public. It rendered him unable to live a normal life.

Prompt;
Wisteria is a dream walker. But she only brings nightmares with her. But as Queen of the waking realm she must instill fear so that her subjects don't turn against her. They musn't know that she usurped the throne. Through the fear she gives them they submit to her rule. Some are harder then others as well. The elders especially. She has to make it so that even they fear her. The know what she did. It's rumored that everyone does. And one others suggest another way to go about it, she banishes them. But being a dream walker has it's perks aside from forcing your subjects to submit to you 
But at the same time, Wisteria wants to change. She's aware of what she's doing and should listen to her advisors when they find better ways for her to rule, but something tells her not to listen. She doesn't want to give up being Queen, it's the royal life she's always wanted, but at what cost? She was the true Queen's sister, but when she was cast out as a child, she grew angry and wanted revenge. Perhaps, she could have been the rightful Queen if she lived her childhood differently. But with time and the way she was raised, she grew more and more spiteful. One day, she'll rule with kindness instead of an iron grasp, but today is not that day. She hopes that in the future, she can make it up to her subjects and be the Queen her parents were simply trying to raise her to be.
Soon she will spread the message through dream walking that she is sorry, one subject at a time. She will promise kindness instead of fear. But, as mentioned, today is not that day, and tonight is not that night. But soon.
