Description
This is probably the most elaborate thing I've done with the help of photoshop, and I'm pretty pleased with it. It's not as great as I kind of wanted it to be, but hey, I'm still learning this stuff, so I think I did good.

Story behind the pic; I was inspired by doing the new designs for Link as entries for 's contest. I thought, "why not a new design for Jak?" and so I came up with this one. He's a bit older, it's after JakX, hence the title "Jak5" (not 4, 'cause JakX is technically the fourth game) and yes, he's got some more hair grown back. I was so annoyed that it got shorter and shorter after Jak2, so I figured my own design would include a long hairdo.

The name for the pic is just some random stuff. I thought about the legend of Mar and so I came up with the idea of putting a time-gate-thing in the pic and added the flashes of all eco-types just to make it look a little more coolish, if you get me. And, I really would like to play a game based on Jak and Daxter travelling through time once more to actually create the legend they're meant to be living out.

As soon as I can get a credible storyline out of my head I might start sketching on a fan-fic for it. And as a not so shocking detail I wanna tell you I aim for letting Daxter turn back to his old self. I mean, just think about it, how would it be like to actually be able to play his elven/human self for a small part of the game? At least I find the thought interesting.
