Of course I am! ^^ Well, I'm technically straight, but I'm totally against homophobia, transphobia or any other phobia of that kind!^^ Which is a reason why I hate people of my country. A bunch of old white straight intolerant males who can't think about anything but money, wine, boobs, weapons and how migrants and gays are bad... Pff... I hate them so much...

Well, that makes you still heteronormative, but a good person instead of a jerk who hates others for not being the same.

By crossing off the letters, I meant that each of those letters represents an identity, and all of them except one/two can be associated to mine. I joked not long ago on the forums that I might as well reclaim a Gold Star Queer badge.

Heteronormative? Uhm, maybe I don't get the real meaning of this word... I thought it means "someone who think heterosexuality is the standard". For me, Heterosexuality isn't the norm. I'm hetero, but that doesn't mean anything else! I don't want people to be like me!

No, heteronormative means you are cisgender and straight. Heteronormative people aren't necessarily bigoted. I've seen some straight people who were actually more open minded than people of other orientations! Sorry for the confusion

Haha, I see the logic you used there, but no. Only "heteronormative" exists. The term designates something that is, essentially, statistically "normal" on all fronts (orientation and gender). Not in a bad way, of course

Also, experimenting only counts if you think it does; dating someone of gender X could even just be curiosity, it doesn't necessarily mean you're bi.

I still think considering this as normal is wrong!^^' "Common" is a better word, to me. And it wouldn't be that common if intolerance wasn't so hard and changing our gender wasn't so expensive.

So essentially yes, "normal" in statistics = "common" in everyday language. I very much agree with you!

Haha sorry, I studied engineering and did a lot of mathematics in my courses. I forget that when other people think of "normal", they don't quite picture a Gaussian curve!
