I just beat the game last week and I got the ending partially spoiled without meaning to >< Cool Cole/Kessler/Cole dressed like Kessler XD
BTW Am I the only one who thinks Kessler is like Wesker with crazy lightning powers?

Which route do you mean?Both of the endings are puzzled and gloomy.
inFAMOUS2 is much proved than 1 in system and random affair,but still upset after playing so long time.

Well, I meant that I knew that you met the future you in the game, and I was trying to figure it out and Kessler was the only one that made sense. I beat the game evil and I'm thinking about going back and doing it on good.

Good point. Kessler was only evil to shape Cole's actions ahead of time so Cole would make the right decision when the time came. I think Wesker only really started being evil after Spencer practically called him a failed experiment. In the fight against him in Lost in Nightmares, he seemed really unstable and not your typical Wesker. I don't know, I might be really over-thinking things.

Yes,Kessler is really a tragic hero.Cole could be remebered by people while he could only remebered by Cole but...cole passed away...
As to Wesker,I think it all depends how we judge "evil".I played lost in nightmare only once and not quite clear about his idea nor Spencer's.In my opinion,the chain of fate locked him on that location.He wanted to revenge,that's natural and"humanistic" on his own side,and that's why he can't be a god.
About this point,since Spencer is dead,no matter how the way of killing is un-wesker style(He'd better cut the perfusion tube rather than had his hands all blood),he is dead.So the revenge is over.
I do think Wesker should stop all his research after killing Spencer then live in seclusion to avoid all bullshit,if he has Communication appeal he could work as a professor in university(It's not realistic but it's a game xDDDDsome kinda old Chinese thinking,plz never mind.)After all he didn't lack of money and own the ability to live alone as a kitten.
But he chose to destory the world?Er...I think Wesker is worldly-wise and play safe type.The idea of "destory" is too OOC(out of character)

He really is, and you don't see a lot of those in videogames anymore. The only game I can think of that's like that is Nier.
Well, I guess what I meant to say was "insane", not "evil". And I agree with you on the human part. I've had a feeling that he became a humanoid Tyrant because he wasn't entirely heartless and evil. He even said in Umbrella Chronicles that he noticed that some Tyrants transform based on the person's character, like Sergei's was suffering. And as far as the whole ruling the world thing goes, I think he only did it out of pure rage. He really didn't seem to be the same after he confronted Spencer. It was like he snapped and went on a Wesker-esque rampage, still kind of in the shadows, yet still a rampage. He just went crazy after that.

Yes that's the point,when wise people got crazy no one could predict or analysis his action in the sane way.That couldn't be controled.
