Great job on this. The colors work really well together and i like how there is a depth to the skintone

I like it. Specially those colours.
..The only thing that really jumps out at me, as far as critique, is that her left eye (Viewer's right) is a bit too far from the nose. I always draw my faces with eyes too far apart and I have to measure the distance to get it right. (the distance being one eye in length apart from each other.)
