Description
Yes, I'm finally doing one of these. The 'pets' in this shop are not cats and dogs and the like, but instead they are creatures like Nekos and Inus ... and the like. They can be whatever height you want (including size-shifter), whatever age you want, whichever gender you want, or you can choose to switch and you'll be the pet. In that case you'll still have to choose what your owner's going to be like.
You can choose the species, but please don't make it some obscene thing that you have to go into great detail to explain what it is. The more I already know about the creature I'm playing, the better I'll be able to play it. So just keep that in mind.
Also please specify personality ^^
The rules are what they have always been for me: No death, fatal vore, and/or sex.
Other than that, I hope you guys like it and have fun
P.S. This is what I made it on:

(Sure ^^ but what do you mean by ignore, more specifically?)
The shopkeeper chuckled. "You think you can take on one of those guys? Ah, well you can try. This way." He said and started walking.

(like, he doesn't like the thought of being a pet and tends to ignore what I say, even when I am friendly? Is that good?)
"Well, I do like dragons, so I figure a demi-dragon shouldn't be too hard. But from what you're saying, it might be a welcome challenge~!" I giggled, following him.

(Ah. Yes that's fine ^^ I can do that.)
"If Β that's what you want to call it." The storekeeper chuckled. "But we do only have one dragon in stock. Those guys are hard to get."Β

(lol thanks~)
"Cool. Guess I got a very selective choice then~" I giggled. "What's he like, the one you got in stock?"

The shopkeeper just grunted this time, finding her statement hard to believe. But he still took her to the cage with the giant demi-dragon curled up in the back, sleeping.

I gasped softly when I saw him.
"Oh, wow. He's so..... what's the word, majestic? Yeah. How much for him?"

SilverTale In reply to Firefly-Serif [2014-07-22 00:19:02 +0000 UTC]
The shopkeeper tapped the price tag on the cage. "Thos much. He's cheap though, compared to other place's demi-dragons. This guy's price has gone down for every year he's been here." The shopkeeper explained.

"Thanks. I live only a few blocks from here, but is he walking home with me, or can someone deliver him later? I had some more running around to do today, some last minute things for him."

SilverTale In reply to Firefly-Serif [2014-07-22 02:29:51 +0000 UTC]
"Either way." The man shrugged. "You can walk home with him, and I can sell you a leash for that, or I can have him delivered, but that will cost you too."

"Ok, I'll be right here sir." I said, watching my new pet- no, friend- sleeping still.
"Wonder if he's gonna wake up son, though he's kinda cute all curled up like that~ Bet he's gonna love the bed I got for him, a huge pillow. Took three guys to bring it inside, it was so big." I giggled, talking to myself a bit.

"Oh, you are awake? Coolio~ Um, so I guess we should introduce ourselves to each other. I'm Anna, your new Owner, though I don't really think of larger beings as pet, I mean you guys have human- or greater in most cases- intelligence, so I'd rather call you friend. But you'll be coming home with me, once my card goes through with the shop owner and we get your collar and leash!" I smiled happily.

The dragon tensed at hearing that he now had an owner. "First off, I will not wear a leash." He said as he sat up. "And second, I will not be your pet."Β

I shook my head, smiling. "That's why I said friend instead. And I'm just as opposed to the whole leash idea as you are, but I need to doΒ some more running around town today, and having company would be nice!"

"I know, but the shopkeeper said you're... um, how do I put this nicely, troublesome? Besides, there are laws that prevent giant creatures from walking around without leashes.... I'm really sorry about that. I honestly wish there was another way."

SilverTale In reply to Firefly-Serif [2014-07-23 01:10:42 +0000 UTC]
"If you think that I care about your human laws then you'd be wrong." The dragon growled. "I will not wear a leash."

Firefly-Serif In reply to SilverTale [2014-07-23 01:15:58 +0000 UTC]
I shrugged. "Fair enough. I won't make you wear one then, just stay close to me at least? Please." I asked very politely.

"Give the next customer who needs one it then, on me. Call it an act of kindness, I don't want it going to waste. So, next customer who needs a collar or leash, just give it to them since I already paid." I offered up, not one to let something go to waste and always wanting to be nice despite situations.

I smiled as I walked with him to the outdoor grocers. It was rare for a town like this to have an outdoor grocers, but it was only in the summer when they wanted to increase sales by spreading their business a bit. I bought some Milk, Salami, and other groceries, filling four bags before paying and walking off to the bookstore.
"Alright, just the bookstore now~!"

After I'd finished at the library- which was quick because they didn't have the new books I wanted to read yet- I led the way home. My grandparents had been very wealthy people and when they'd passed had left a mass fortune for my family. My parents had left it to me when I came of age, and I'd built a big house in the town, more then big enough for my new friend. The property was like a big field, with apple and pear trees lining the edge. The house was a big, modern-style home. To the side was a big, glass wall that showed off a huge room.
"I had the house made with big guests in mind ages ago. The room with the sliding glass door is yours. It's not really decorated because I didn't know how you'd want to do it. It just has red carpet and a huge bed of pillows." I said.
