Not to say TLK is a bad movie, of course.... But I just don't see why it's so beloved. Perhaps it has lost some of its luster to me because I watched Kimba The White Lion and noticed how much of a rip off TLK is of that.

Can't say I ever saw it that way myself and I watched Kimba a lot as a kid... until our VHS copy died. 
Either way, I like both... though I find TLK's art a lot better.

It's not a hate stamp against the Lion King itself, but its style. Not everyone likes TLK's style of drawing applied to everything, just like some people don't like Pony versions of everything being made.
That said, everyone is going to have different opinions; you can't expect ass-pats and everyone to have the exact same opinion as you. If you don't like a stamp, don't favorite it and don't slap it onto your profile. It isn't that hard.

Yes don't worry I don't hate lion king, and though I don't hate the style, I don't really like it either, with that said, the point of the stamp is I can't stand how over used it is, and me personally i'd like to see lions drawn differently for a change rather than the same generic style over and over again.

it wasnt stolen, Tezuka was inspired by Disney, when ever he talked about his works, he always mention how inspired he was by Bambi and made Kimba as a tribute to Disney & his works. Tezuka always accredited Disney for his works and even admitted to watching Bambi over 80 times. Thats not stealing.

I believe it was a biography about Disney and his influences; it said that Tezuka use to copy the stills from Bambi in order to get a more Disney-like artistic style. I used it as a resource for my senior benchmark, I can try to look up the name for you if you want(not sure if I still have that powerpoint)

I seriously blame Kingdom Hearts for this, due to the second game having the world (Pride Lands) where Sora turns into a Lion Cub, to fit the world. Now everyone is drawing Sora and other characters as lions. :U

The fact that you are so upset about this is proving my point. I love TLK. It was my obsession as a child and I still adore it with all my heart. However, a lot of people in the fanbase are pretty insane, and even make me ashamed to be a part of it. If you cannot accept this, that is your problem, not mine.

Settled what? We weren't discussing the stamp, which is what I'm sure you are referring to. We were talking about the comment I made 3 months ago that you got really upset about. Again, you really are just proving my point. And besides, the creator of this stamp herself says that the fanbase scares her and that TLK doesn't deserve all the praise it gets. I am not alone in my opinions of it. My suggestion to you is to just grow up and understand that not everyone has to worship the shit out of that movie.

That is true. However I fear I have seen more crazies then I have "normal" fans. The TLK, Balto, Warriors, and even Ginga fandoms have some of the worst crazies in them I think... o__o
