Maybe you should take a trip to the Visual Artists Rights Act and read up on that you dimwit. Freelance Copyright. The most important are “intellectual property” law, freedom of speech and expression, privacy and publicity law, and laws for independent contractors and freelancers. The default copyright owner of any work artists produce is the artist, they own the copyright to most of their works unless they have signed a contract specifically stating that they're transferring ownership to the client. Art theft isn't limited to simple posting of others' artwork. Tweaking it to make it look different is also an act of plagiarism. So in the end you are always going to be in the wrong, hopefully your tiny mind can actually absorb all of this, good luck on further tarnishing your reputation.
