Taki is ready for magic class!
Her staff is not magical at all, but since she has problems to concentrate and thus her magic does not always what she intends, she was given this 'magical' staff in hope it helps her to focus. After all, now she has something she has to hold and if her focus shifts to other thing, the weight will remind her. And if not, maybe her creative mind with childlike fantasy makes her think the staff makes the magic the way she wants in a placebo way.
