Yeah, I think in a few scenes if Omega wasn't there, we might have seen more from these two. Wish we hadΒ a hug at the very least, just to see Shadows reaction. ^^

I also wish they went somewhere with the fact that Rouge had Shadow's limiter ring. I mean, one of the ring he had on could be a fake Eggman made to replace the one Rouge kept. I know, right? Speaking of that game, I wish we saw Rouge's side to the whole 'G.U.N. commander hunting Shadow down' thing. Especially considering the fact Rouge is a G.U.N. and Shadow's best friend at the same time. I'd imagine she'd be very distressed about it, not sure where to turn.

Yeah, I agree. I'd love to see more of Rouge's P.O.V in games. (*cough*ThoughIwantanentireRougegame*cough*) Not only because she's my favourite sonic female, but because it would add more depth to her character and her relationship with her team... especially Shadow.

Indeed. I do wish we knew more of Rouge's backstory as well. How did she join G.U.N., for instance. Did she work with anyone prior to Shadow and Omega? How did she start taking orders from the President of all people? You know what I mean?

I'd love to know about her family too. In Sonic Chronicles, Rouge did mention her mother, at least, that's what I've heard on the Wikia.

Yeah IΒ heard about that too and I'm glad there was some kind of family reference, but yeah, I know a lot of people want much more. I can always hope they do much more with Rouge cos she is an important character and yet not much is known about her at all.

Yeah!I understand their position too. I think that they are in the process of officially making KnucklesxRouge and ShadowxRouge a love triangle. It seems like right now, they are testing us fans, to see if it's worth it. Or course it is!!
But honestly, to me, it seems like shadouge is a bit more hinted than knouge. I think the last game where knouge were hinted was in Sonic Rivals 2, but I thought it was funny because Rouge ended up betraying Knuckles LOL And with Shadow, it's deifferent, she's always encouraging him no matter what. There's just something about those two that I love so much!!

Exactly. In Sonic Rivals 2 after they had rescued each other, she was complimenting him, however she stole the master emerald from him, so that still shows she flirts with him to get the master emerald.

Yeah, I have also asked myself the same question, and I'm not just saying this just because I am a shadouge fan, but I honestly believe that she would choose Shadow. It is known that Rouge has thing for Knuckles, there is no doubt about that, but I just don't see her NOT arguing with her rival.
Are you a knouge fan as well?? I know a lot of people who like multiple pairings with the same character.

Oh yeah, me neither. I can also see why people like knouge. I mean, that one obvious pairing from the moment that they were introduced in SA2, but shadouge was and still is major competition.
I also respect other opinions, but I hate people that come to our shadouge community (as in shadouge haters), they just ruin everything. They start to make these unnecessary comments into our hard work. -_-

Yh, It was obvious to some people when Knuckles saved her and they looked at each other for a while, before Rouge pulled away in disgust, and the fans were like "OMG, so cute!". But ever since SA2, Rouge has shown on a number of times in each game, that she deeply cares for Shadow.
But as for the trollers, they need to seriously respect different opinions, come on, we can't all agree with everything. Like you see on youtube videos and comments on deviations, people saying 'This couple sucks!'
And i'm like, 'if you hate the couple, don't comment and spoil it for others!'

Yeah! I will admit that when I was a kid, and I first saw that scene, I thought it was rather cute. But then I saw shadouge here at DA, and I just fell in love with the couple.
Yah, I know. Trollers are so annoying. -_- Whenever they go on my profile page or they comment on my shadouge work, I just tell them to leave me and the other shadouge fans alone, but it seems like they are only looking for trouble... I don't get it

I also think their bond is getting stronger during each game, and sometimes I think they are changing each other in a way, like in Sonic 2006, Rouge seems less selfish compared to the other games, because she is corncerned about Shadow. And Shadow is shown as being extremely protective of Rouge in the game... and that scene where Rouge promises him that she will always remain by his side, it was so adorable

Oh yeah. Those two have grown to being dynamic characters. I think that in the Sonic 2006 game, shadouge is the most strongly hinted pairing, and I enjoyed every single minute of it!!
I seriously loved how protective Shadow was of Rouge, and I said to myself, "I thought I'd never see the day!" lol
