Description
FULL VIEW, the thumbnail sucks D:"If you were with me now,
I'd find myself in you.
If you were with me now,
You're the only one who knew
All the things we planned to do.
I want to live my life
The way you said I would,
With courage as my light
Fighting for what's right
Like you made me believe I could."
apostrophe n. The direct address of an absent or imaginary person or of a personified abstraction, especially as a digression in the course of a speech or composition.
So today I somehow ended up thinking, "I love The Lion King, but I've never sat down and drawn any decent fan art of it." I do love The Lion King. It has the most incredible score of any movie I've ever seen.
So yeah, there's some perspective issues here, sorry. I hope it doesn't look THAT bad. This, obviously, is the famous scene where Simba sees his father's ghost.
The lyrics at the top of this description are from the song "On My Father's Wings," from the movie Quest for Camelot which is also a great animated movie.
Okay, long list of disclaimers and credits:

Quest for Camelot is © Warner Bros. Animation.

That song does fit Simba and Mufasa quite well. I'm glad you thought of it! And this picture looks great! I love that scene; it gives me chills just about every time. Terrific work!
