This is wonderful, thank you for linking me to it! I'm glad someone found that visual as funny as I did. I think the doctors are hilarious in the game, and I like pairing that with the scary/sexy vibe that Malfatto manages to give off. Okay, I might have been one of the only people to think that it was hot in the multiplayer to get stabbed with a giant syringe but WE'RE NOT TALKING ABOUT ME.
