A fanart for the movie, I wanted to draw Merida for some time but she is not very detailed on this piece. xD*sigh* I need to improve those backgrounds. *sob*

*adore* I don't think she needs to be very detailed, as everything in the scene has a lovely loose energy. Her hair is perfect, her pose is awesome, think you got it in one. Also love the little blue sprites

Because it's true! They're out of my comfort zone and I avoid doing them, but complain nonetheless. xD And doing trees and woods is easier than doing architecture, cities, streets⦠*shudders* I really admire artists that take the time and care to perfect those types of backgrounds.
