REALLY GOOD
Looks like an awesome remake to the classic design (but REALLY alike! ), I FREAKIN' love it!

Maya 20011

I thought so, since the skin rendered so nicely. Did you do anything special for it, or was that how it turned out on it's own? On the TR forums I think some people were experimenting with some function in Maya that allows it to render more "life-like" skin. I can make some pretty nice renders with Blender, but I still need to play around with the settings. The internal renderer is tricky.

I can't help you with Blender as Blender is...HARD for me. xD

For Maya, however, you could try following this tutorial to get a better understanding of the SSS Skin shader.

You just need to make a free account and watch the tutorial.

The details and light reflections on her shirt are fantastic! Very beautiful overall. Maybe her face turned out a bit "flat" in colors, but you can surely consider it a successful render!

Thank you!
I'll see what I can do about her face. xD

Awesome, Silviu! Love the skin
But if you reduce a little bit the bump depth value to give a softer effect on the leather would be completely perfect, in my humble opinion

Thanks!
That's not a bump map, it's a displacement map.
I'll see what I can do.

I don't know how you do that, but the light effects are epic XD
Even if it's beta version of final render

It's not exactly how I'd like it to be, but my computer and school are holding me back.
I'm preparing a render for Lara's birthday, but I don't know if I'll be able to finish it.

I know that with school. It's stopping me too. But not only in rendering
And I know it's not how you imagine the final result, but like I said it's beta right?

Good job
I'm rendering right now

Yeah, it's a pre-final kind of thing.

Awesome.
Will look forward to your work as well!
