Description
Finally got this done.I've avoided using the word alpha, I've no idea why.
A character description will be created once I've organised the members and dynamics of my pack and also dug up their purpose and storyline.
This character was originally designed by =KaiserTiger as part of a trade.
She now belongs to me.

Very nice character design! Colors are very bright and lively, but without being too hard on the eyes. Perfect balance! c:

<33 I seriously love what you've done with this character. The style you draw your dingoes in is just fun to look at. Adura's character design was probably my favorite out of the batch that I did so it's just sooo awesome to see her in this project of yours too.

I'm glad you like her in this style.
I always had a plan for her but that's going a lot slower than expected (it was more than I was ready to take on... you know how hard comics are to plan I'm sure...) so I figure for now I'll just play with little side projects. She pretty much has the best design (in my opinion) of all my characters so it was a crime to neglect her

Omg, yes. You don't know how many comic projects I've done and then just abandoned later because I lost interest or didn't like where I was going with it. Side projects are good though! I think that's why I started playing around with those short comics first before diving straight into a huge story.

Hmm... maybe it's 'cause "alpha" makes it sound like everyone's your bitch, but "leader" makes it sound like a responsible position?
Dunno.
Anyway, REALLY NICE ART! If I could offer some constructive criticism, I think this would look EVEN BETTER if it had subtle shadows on the character, like what I did with Reddi (see [link] ). They're easy to do and can make a WORLD of difference. I tried my picture both with and without, and noticed they make the character look WAY better and also less flat, but only if you don't overdo it or make them too dark. Just something to try. (shadows are why I've been painting those red alpha masks for each body part - I ctrl+click / ctrl+shift+click the alpha channels I want to select for any particular shading area. Alpha channels and / or layer masks can make shading really easy, but you're free to do it whichever way works for you!)
And I'm TOTALLY stealing your technique of changing the background color dynamically using the "Adjust Colors" dialog... And maybe the colored lineart too.

Thank you for the advise. I never ever shade character sheets. What I find when drawing someone else's character is that if I'm not sure where a colour is supposed to be looking at the dots, I take it directly off the image itself. By shading an image I'm almost guaranteeing that anyone else using this technique (including myself) is going to grab the wrong variation of colour. Leaving this unshaded was very deliberate. I do not see this as an artwork but rather a reference, the purpose is to be clear, not detailed.
