Well, she's a kid and they can't really trust her mental state due to trauma. Plus, the owners of Freddy's have proven they're exceedingly good at hiding the things that go on there.

If that worked, the pizzeria would've been convicted of covering their crimes several times over--seeing as the animatronics are constantly being monitored. It would again be a matter of one person's statement vs. a lack of physical evidence. It's likely either the cameras don't record video and are for viewing only or that, if they record, management destroys the recordings before anyone else can see them.
There's also a chance they could be paying off keeping everything under the rug.
