This is a character I'm submitting in for a friend of mine's comic.

Name: Rin
Species: Dewott
Age: Young Adult
Gender: Female
Physical Characteristics: While she is a regular Dewott, she has a few noticeable differences, such as fluff on her chest, short wavy hair rather than spiked on her head, and eye lashes. Her whiskers are also smaller.
Bio: Everything she did, she did to make her father proud, undergoing the strictest of training in order to prove herself. It was never enough. Abandoning her home and family name in her frustration, she now travels about as a vigilante, seeking adventure- and trouble- wherever she can find it. An adept fighter, she plows down opponents with speed, power, and precision.
Moves: (I don't know how many you'd like the Pokemon to have, so I'll just list 4.)
