Wow, how is it when it's not just a test, eh?

I love this headshot--instant . Took a quick look at your gallery--you got great stuff that I may not have time to comment though.

Sumptuous model, excellent composition (like the branch as a foreground and diagonal) & frame, use of focal length, sharpness (eyes and hair) and skin texture.

The light and exposure are pretty neat and appropriate. This pic has a lot of mood and impact because of the expression and as she was making eye contact I even can see you in her irises as they're clear (you did a nice clean job at dodging'em a bit, huh?)

While I like the fingers at the bottom center, I would have preferred not to see the cropped finger/nail one in the upper left but it doesn't hurt.
