I like the feel of the picture, however, if the remaining legs are not cropped off would be great in your full length close up. Secondly if the expression was slightly live would be better.

But her hands and feet run out of the image.. that's baaaad...

There's a few things to this photo that don't feel like they are working in favor of the composition.
The first is that having her hands and feet run out of the image, in this case, feels like it is creating an odd imbalance towards the negative space in the top right of the image.
The second is that the model's expression is a bit confusing, and we don't have any other visual clues as to discern what her expression means.
What you might want to try is having the model open her eyes more and look towards the camera or have her turn her head completely away from the camera. Then pull the frame out a bit so we can see the interaction of her hands and feet. Perhaps, if she is looking away, have her hair fall down over her leg emphasizing its length.
Just some ideas you might try.
