lighting could be better,
hard shadows on the wall, use an extra light to defuse it.
also, use a suncap on your lens, then you won't have the lensflare in your image

Thanks for the comment but I want harsh light and flare, that's why I shot this way. I want it raw, not any beauty or fashion shot. Hope you understand what i mean.

you're correct, not every photo should look alike
if you want it more raw, you can always lift up the iso, go for 800, then you'll have some more grain, makes it look even harder
