I think this fits under fan art (?) I like how this sketch turned out. I dont think you can really see much of it here, but i tried to see how small and detailed i could make each building (the whole paper is A5), staircase, window etc. Based on the city in J.R.R. Tolkien's "The Silmarillion".Related content

Very nice! I have to say that it reminds me a bit too much of Minas Tirith, but then again, I'm not as much of a silmarillion scholar as I should be, so I'm really in no place to be speaking of the proper way for gondolin to look 
anyway, very awesome. it has an oldschool fantasy illuration feel that you just don't see too much of anymore. aaaaand, I have to agree with the masses; the bridge is awesome.

Thankyou! Minas Tirith eh? I guess it does have a tower not unlike Ecthelion, and I know what you mean about the bridge. I wish I could do Minas Tirith properly..one day.
