Whipped this one out today purely in the interest of not doing urgent uni work. Ah, that glorious feeling of guilt, lol.The backround is a mixture of acrylics, watercolours and food dye, and the paper was made by my aunt and features various grass seeds..I didn't know if you can see them properly but they're pretty sweet grass seeds.
Pink and yellow parts coloured digitally. Size is A5.
I'm freaked out by the creatures of the deep. FREAKED. Weird giant alien fish with fucked up eyes and mega-jaws, and none of them look like they can take a joke.
But this guy's fine. He's dope actually. On dope. A dope. Dope. DOOOPE. ...Doop? No.

Well, what I meant by "good with color" is that you know exactly which colours go well together and make good combinations... some works look over the top, because there are to many contradicting colours... but yours look great

Well it's recycled paper that I painted with white acrylic, and mixed a tiny bit of blue in. Let it dry. Then I painted over parts with blue and green watercolours and dye

so like a small brush on slightly damp paper? lol. ive been trying to do an effect like that for a while but i never can. ;_;
always ends up wayy too blended in or way too stark. stupid watercolors! >.>
