So, it's time for a little summary.
I think there is progress. I didn't follow any diet and didn't spend hours in the gym.
I just burned at least my calorie goal every day (500 kcal at the beginning and 666 since August). But sometimes it was over 2000 kcal. A small exception was the turn of January and February last year when I was ill with COVID-19.
I've lost about 7 kg (15,4 lb) , from 85 kg (187,4 lb) to 78 kg (172lb).

I find that the most important thing is to be consistent.

If it works, I have the same resolution for 2023. I intend to reach my goal of at least 666 calories every day. Maybe I'll increase my calorie goal over time. We'll see...
