Thats what I thought, because if you hold the fag the way mccoy is you'd drop it (unless he's holding it with his mouth in which case he doesn't need his hand there)
It should be held in the tips of the fingers and the fingers shouldn't be spread. Also with his hand cupped like that the smoke is gonna go right up his nose and give him a minor seizure. XD
