FINALLY got Neon Dreams' ref up! SO EXCITED! I love how it turned out! I'm just really disappointed the colors didn't come through better on the scanner.

Neon is easily the sweetest horse in the barn! When working she displays a calm devoted attitude that inspires her riders to do their best, and when in the stable she is known for being energetic and happy, always looking on the bright side.
She is also a little high strung and spooks at almost everything, but that doesn't stop her from trying her best even when afraid. When paired with a rider whom she truly likes, she becomes the kind of horse only talked about in legends: truly amazing.
