How do you come up with the concepts? It really fascinates me.

Just think of something related to the game, and then make it real : )
Try to pic colors before hand, and see that the theme could be applied to every game scene as early as possible, or it will havemany problems later on!
But for this one specificly, well, boss simply asked for something unique, and that was my answer.
