So this is basically a re-draw of my webcomic Project Asylum.... which I'm currently in the middle of up-dating and some of the characters have had slight redesigns but hopefully you'll still enjoy it... :'D
This is the first half of the chapter which will be on Tapastic soon.
Notes: The R.D is a government organisation which Draco and Shimoon are currently apart of. It's there jobs to get get rid of/or recruit Espers depended on power levels. If you would like to know more about Project Asylum please check out my website
