Pause the game (in Miscellaneous), add the animation and pose them, reapply the animations, and then un-pause the game. It will start the animation at the same time for both or all of the people you choose.

This doesn't work too well, though. John is not a woman. lol The animation doesn't fit him properly no matter how much I adjust or resize him.
