Chuckles is a clown who got tossed, he spent many years in Sunnyside, (not a happy place!) so after his time in Sunnyside, he became depressed and only frowned. Soon to be rescued and sent to a warm , happy home, Chuckles may just smile again!!Toy Story 3 Character!
