Description
Attention: To view this properly, you'll need the latest version of the Flash Player, which you'll be able to get here: [link]To be honest, this is the first animation that took me 2 to 3 days to finish. The others you've seen in Flash Experiments No. 2 were all done under 1 day... So, I've put a lot of work into it. Hope you like it (and the bonus comic).
It basically shows my thoughts on the Revolution's Controller. (Or it's Trailer, view it here: [link] ) If you're supposed to wave that thing around like portrayed in that trailer, I have my doubts that the controller will live very long. Especially in the hands of little kids or people with sweaty palms.
Just kidding, I can't wait to try that thing out when it's available. Nintendo rocks Hardcore!

Psst, you're famous now *laughs* Okay not really, but you got shown on wiihaveaproblem. I remember this when it was first made, but not until I was shown it again. You sure pegged it here. Even a strap can't keep the happy dogs at bay.
Out of curiosity, did you ever manage to get a Wii?

Hehe, thanks for telling me! Although, it actually was me who sent them the link!
And no, sadly I don't have a Wii yet... I'm currently saving up on a digital SLR camera, so I can't really make too big investments in stuff apart from that, and even though it's way more cheaper than the other new consoles, if you add some games, half of the money I have would be gone already... *sigh* Some day, though! SOME DAY! You have one?

Yeah, about $600 put into it so far. 3 games, 1 extra controller with both accessories, and $80 of VC points XD
Annnnd, one broken strap / controller. I had a story put on there too. Thank goodness for uber Nintendo CustServ. :3

I'm not too huge into Nintendo; not that I don't like some of the games that they make, but that I just don't own anything they have as of yet.
When I saw this controller, I was like..... o.O And then I wondered about it for a while. I don't know if it's truly going to be innovative or not... to me, innovation requires that at some point, it becomes the norm for future things, and other people try to copy or improve on it. And as far as that separate thumb controller goes ... >.>
Anyway, this flash was great, and does indeed give a good idea of what could happen... you just know someone's going to buy their 6-8 year old this controller and a game that requires lots of swinging... ^_^

A friend of mine told me about the redesign and, in his opinion, he thought it looked like a "big dildo". My remark was "well then, maybe it'll come with condoms! For uh...ya know...keeping sweat off the controller..."
I received a blank stare and a loud guffaw from my compatriot.

Who said non-gamer? I'm a Playstation person. But, then again, I'm not heavily into it, either.
SOO...I'll stick to saying I like the animation/art. If -that'll- make you happy. XO (kidding. XD)

Oh btw, and I'm actually a PC Gamer, sadly don't have any console (They cost too much when they're new, and getting a PS2 or Gamecube now seems a little bit stupid, right before the release of the Next-Gen ones). But if I get to choose at a friend or in stores, I always prefer Nintendo's stuff.

Haha, no worries. I'm not a big gammer. So nothing too impressive. Right now, I'm obsessed with Sly Cooper and play it all the time. XD But the bottom reason I ever got into gamming was (of course) for Lion King games...(i.e. The one for Sega Genesis and then there're a couple for playstation.) ^-^

I remember playing some Lion King games too when I was younger, one was a pretty well done Jump n Run (I think it was the one for the Genesis) I found free on a site and the other one was a 2-Player game that came with I think a Mickey Mouse magazine (or something like that) where you played Kiara vs Kovu, collected stuff and had to watch out for Timon, Pumbaa and Zazu. It was kinda like Pacman.

My friend did that with the chanel changer once. It was one of those universal remotes. Anyways he turned around to fast, lost his grip, and it hit the wall which made the picture hanging next to it crash onto the floor. I ran.
I love the comic!
