Description
This is a macro photo I took of a Blue Skimmer Dragonfly. I didn't like the background so played with it a little. Took me ages to do the wing segments! I love it's back segments, how strong they look compared to the fragile wings. I absolutely love dragonflies.

I absolutely love dragonflies also. From this angle, one can see how prehistoric they are. Your background is to die for.
