It is a nice example of mining / platform in the seas/lakes.
However, I dont see a place for ships or spaceships to dock, to get the ores etc.

Nicely done, I like your attention to detail on the building, the fairly simplistic background works really well, helping to make the building really stand out, and the way you've played with the colours really gives it that morning mist feeling.
