That's impressive work.
I see some elements of Photoshop in there and wonder what parts are pixels and what is drawn.
Furthermore, I always thought of Blade Runner as a precursor to the world of Judge Dredd's Megacity One. This is somewhere in the middle.
I can almost hear the ambulances sirens echo in the distance and the antigravity suspension engines roaring.
