I think this was a nicely done piece. The background looks nicely detailed along with the nicely blended clouds and trees, which has a satisfying visual appeal. The shading along the pony, grass, and tree do follow the light source in the sky. I feel the sight of adventure that's it going in the art, but that's about it. My only dislike about the piece is that pony feels out of place. Yes, she wears the typical attire of an adventurer would, but her cartoonish style compared to the realistic style of the rest of the piece don't seem to mesh well. A piece should have consistency all out, including the art style. Also, I wish the pony had more expression in its pose and face to show they're really excited to go on this adventure to enhance the storytelling of the piece.
