Hey all, this year I started studying BA (hons) Animation. Still early days, but here is my first head turn around for the Principles of Animation assignment from one expression to another, feedback is really appreciated! Total newbie here!Related content

It's all done with pencil and paper then scanned in

Ok, and once scanned ... what do you do to see the animation? You use what?

Very good first head turn!Β ItΒ feels a little bit too even to me, but seems technicality sound.Β You might want to try leading with the top of the head and adding a bit of roll to the turn to increase the interest.Β It can be a bit difficult to do in the style your using, but adding some squash and stretch (even minimally) could also help make the expression change read more.
