I made this back in May right after the Shard/Larry Bromance picture, but never finished the coloring. I'm trying to get as many things from this summer break finished before I have to go back to school next week. Bah!

So yeah, this is really outdated and gross, but I still like the tiny Larries and how Leeta and Lyco look. I really like how my style has developed in the last month or so, so it was kinda nice taking a second look at this and seeing where I've improved.

I'm actually planning on changing Larry up a bit so that he looks more like NICOLE, but I'm probably going to keep this outfit. I picture Larry as the weird guy no one takes seriously, but he's really devoted and knows what's up. Like I mentioned before (this is the image I hadn't uploaded yet), the tin foil hat is something he wears to keep his jinxes under control. He takes it off for secret missions with the SFF because then he actually DOES want to jinx things. He also wears as many lucky charms and talismans as possible. Not sure what a dream catcher does to help bad luck, but he'll take all the help he can get.

I also secretly (read: very publicly and loudly) ship Larry with the twins. I think I'm leaning towards Leeta over Lyco now, but I picture one of them secretly having a major crush on him. My head canon says that Larry's become really observant as a result of his jinxes in an attempt to anticipate danger (not that it usually helps him avoid it), and he can tell the twins apart without their usual colors. He's totally crushing on both of them, but doesn't expect it to be reciprocated. Leeta is slightly embarrassed to have feelings for a feline and doesn't tell anyone about it. :V

Here, after Hamlin gives Larry a hard time about not being able to get a date to some made up party, both girls decide to go with him just to be feisty and rub it in Hamlin's face. And Larry's a-okay with that. Shard's there cheering on his pal. He looks like a waiter for some reason now that I'm paying attention. Maybe he snuck in disguised as a waiter just to spy on Larry and Chuck with their dates. It seems like a thing he'd do.
