Hai there. My awesome friend Simple-shadow here drew this OC of my Batarian Griknas. He was raised in the Hegemony by a very military father, slave momma, lots of other stuff that would take up two pages to write out, but to answer your question no, they aren't cybernetic, they are just different colors.
