It takes concentration for him to utilize this and at most he can hold it for an hour. If he is startled or surprised the illusion can drop.
2. The illusion he utilizes has spread to his entire body, allowing him to portray a full specter matching the terror of others. It takes concentration for him to utilize this and at most he can hold it for an hour. If he is startled or surprised the illusion can drop.
3. Parts of the illusion have become tangible. His facial features can physically transform and morph to some bestial form. He can hold this for 40-50 minutes, and it can be painful depending on the visage he takes.
4.The tangible traits of his terror mask have spread to his body, thorny protrusions and sharp teeth jut out at dangerous angles, horns and claws have been added to this nightmarish visage. This can last 40 minutes at most, and the new form can be painful for him, as well as difficult to move with.
MAXED OUT: This hellish form is an amalgamation of the common fears of man. Cyrus can only maintain this form for 30 minutes (45 at most) or else risk sustaining damage that could be dire for his natural form. This form decreases his intelligence.

Wicked Miasma
1. A thick billowing burst of soot like smoke spews from Cyrus’ maw. If inhaled, it can cause heart palpitations; sweating and hyperventilation for a few minutes. It does not affect Cyrus and he has no control over where it goes or how it affects anyone who inhales it, friend or foe. This smog only manifests in a small amount that requires him to be up close and personal with his target.

2. A thicker, larger quantity of the smog spills from his nose and mouth, purple-coal in hue. The potency of this smoke has increased, causing the symptoms of an anxiety attack for a longer duration. Its radius can reach about twelve feet in a circle around Cyrus. Those affected usually suffer its effects for 10 minutes or longer depending.

3.A massive quantity of dark, thick smog pours out of Cyrus’ mouth in roving waves of blacks and purples, it moves as if boiling. Cyrus has gained some control over the smog, but only when he first spits it out, using it like a breath weapon to aim and fire at an enemy; this can reach about fifteen feet in a straight line. After he releases it he has no control over how it disperses. The effects usually last from 30 minutes to longer.

4. The potency of this foul smog has reached its peak, causing anxiety and panic. Cyrus has no control of how a person reacts to said emotional states, but the effects happen near instantaneously after inhalation and can last for an hour.

Personality: Cyrus is a stoic, irritable individual. He does not often find much to be happy about, but does often seek the company of others to sate his usually self-inflicted loneliness. He can be a defeatist and tends to like bullying others, but is often times to apathetic to bother.

Deadly Flaw:
Rabid Temper:Cyrus is a distant relation to Ares and has inherited some of his grandfather’s aggression issues. When he loses his temper he can go overboard and not pay attention to important details. Often times he can even lose track of his own well-being, doing foolish things to slake his rage.
Self-Inflicted Isolation: Cyrus has a hard time socializing or making friends, he does not function well in a team and this can sometimes put himself or others in danger due to him not considering them or their safety at all.

Background: Cyrus Climmeth was born to his single mother in Adrian, Michigan. His childhood was mostly uneventful, though he was haunted by vivid, horrific dreams. Cyrus had always been aloof, even as a child he struggled to thrive amidst the happier, more friendly children. His temper also lost him any friends he might have attained during his younger years.
Even in childhood, Cyrus knew he was scary, or at least he thought he was. When he would become angry or upset other children would become frightened, they would cry and scream and shout. Only fueling the lonely boys desire to be left alone. The brunt of his otherworldly unpleasantness was aimed as his mother, whom would endure most of his tantrums. He would make faces at her, and frighten her whenever they would fight. Cyrus often was the one to apologize for these moments, as after the heated moments of anger had passed he would be shamed of his actions.

When Cyrus first caught a glimpse of his terror mask he was horrified. Afraid of his own reflection for weeks, until his mother convinced him that he did not always look like a pointy toothed monster.

Once he hit puberty, he really began to struggle with his temper, getting into fights and being moved from school to school, all the while his night terrors becoming worse. He began using his special 'ability' to bully people into giving him their money or possessions. He hid his thuggish activities from his mother, but was brought home too many times by the police for her not to get an inkling of what was going on.

Eventually his aggression got out of control and his mother could no longer handle his mood swings or the sleepless night listening to her son mutter and shout about the same horrible visions. Not long after he turned eighteen did his mother go to him and confess the enigma of his paternal parentage. He was not prone to believing her, but how could he not, utilizing his abilities as he had been. A mere week after his mother's confession, he took his delinquent activities too far and mugged a fellow student. He was quickly arrested, though he offered no resistance to the police, when his mother bailed him out she gave him a choice. Cyrus begrudgingly agreed to going off to Camp Half-Blood in lieu of jail.
