Don't know who the guy is, but I assume his eyes are supposed to be messed up. And assuming that, this is an awesome pic, Sakura looks cool, blue fish/devil/monster guy looks cool, they match by wearing fishnets, and sashes, while contrasting in color. I like it, even if I have no idea who the guy is, buy hey, who really needs to know little things like that
