BLEH!I can't believe I almost forgot to finish this! This is for the awesome who drew me a sexy fine picture of the Riddler. I was suppose to have this done at Christmas! I am such a BUM!
Jervis is a very evil man and sometimes I forget that...What with his incompetence and his love sick shenanigans. But he is a seriously crazy bad dude and I wanted to capture that here...I fail at blood and HATS (fucking hats) but yeah.....
