my work flow is pretty much the same for images that are not HDR.. this one is no different.. I will load up the image into CS3.. Play with the "Levels" (basically cutting off the extra data on the histogram).. then I will do auto colors then "fade it" back to my preference.. then I will mess with the contrast and saturation.. pretty simple stuff..

actually originally the photo did have landscape but I cropped it out because it takes away the illusion of "closeness"
