Beached, taken in St. Ives, Cornwall.Image was converted to HDR from Raw in Photomatix, then compressed from .tiff to a .jpg and finally edited in Photoshop 7.

everything in this image suits my taste; the 'washed-out' setting with a bold, complementary-colored boat that is resting to the side... and the fact that the boat is off the left as a whole image really makes the photograph a magnificent piece. (oh, did i mention that green is my favorite color?) cheers to your talent!

Yes hdr, slightly, I didn't want to make it look unrealistic so I kept processing to a minimum.

I really like the picture we get a lot of boats beached on the shore because of the massive tides.
