I'm applying for a placement this year, and needed a fresh new portfolio, and I didn't want to use simplecandy for this, so I decided to redesign the dRiZ brand. I opted for a one page structure, and added some nice effects such as jQuery scrolling and large fonts etc.

It's pretty interesting with the jQuery powered scrolling but the controls for it are awkward.
If I wanted to see your Print work I'd click the link; page scrolls down automatically. Then I think "This guy's work is good." So I want see the contact form; that means I have to click that little arrow thing (which can be not noticed) and go back to the top of the page to click the link.
I think it would be more useable if you had the Header/Nav part stuck to the top of the viewport that stays there as the page scrolls.

Yeah true, but also most people would just scroll? I hardly ever find myself clicking those links, but just scrolling :S I dunno, something to think about I guess. x

Myself like most other people are lazy.
If I realized just moving the mouse a bit and clicking a link does all that scrolling for me I wouldn't bother scrolling.
But yeah, something to think about; I just thought I'd point it out
