I painted it from a negative of a photo I took of some gnarly branches and the background is out my head.I thought the negative of the branches would make an interesting painting and I had some metallic acrylic acrylics I hadn't tried yet.

It's got a really creepy feel to it, but when you look at the center where the branches come into a circle, there's a bright blue sky. I like that. This pops into my head when I look at it,
"No matter how bad the problem/issue seems, there is always light".
I really don't know why, but that's what I think and feel.

I think you've got it dead on.That crossed my mind when I was trying to think of a title, hence escape.There is always a way out of the chaos, there is a light and you just keep going towards it, you find your way!
