Well, if you like woman looking like pieces of live plastic then i guess nothing

I personally think plastic surgery is un necessary
Be proud of who you are! you don't need to look like a model to be beautiful

Well, I like the idea, that one isn't stuck to the body he or she is born with. It's not just about women. And personally, I (as a man) am not a big fan of the biggest breasts or the typical Playboy-figure. Beauty is largely individual, though there are always cornerstones.

Plastic surgery is the possibility to develope your outer self the way you like it, not being condemned to what genes you were born with. For me, it is a form of freedom.
Everybody cares about how they look - you choose your own clothes with care, women wear make-up, men shave, everybody tries to improve his or her hair.
Those are all attempts to improve, and change, the way one naturally looks. But those possibilities are very limited, while plastic surgery offers a final solution.

And what if somebody is just really ugly? Really unhappy with the way the person looks?
Sure, there is such a thing as inner beauty, but impressions are always determined by the way somebody looks like from the outside.

That was a very long, thought out response.. but it all bulls down to one final point.
We as humans are shallow and brain washed by society.. And because of this, both females and males alike go under invasive cosmetic procedures to "improve" on what they were naturally given, it's really a sad and vicious cycle..
